Refund policy

Our albums are digital, so sales are final. But if something is wrong, we will put it right.

The short version

1. Why digital sales are final

When you buy an album, you receive files that you can download and keep straight away. Unlike a physical product, a digital file can't be returned, and access can't be taken back once it has been delivered. For that reason, there is no right to a refund simply because you have changed your mind or decided an album isn't for you.

Ready-made albums

At checkout, you ask us to supply your album immediately and confirm that you understand you lose your right to cancel once the download is made available to you.

Personalised albums

Personalised albums are made specially for you from the details you provide. When you order, you ask us to start making your album straight away and confirm that you understand you lose your right to cancel once production begins.

2. When we will put things right

We want you to be happy with what you receive. If there is a clearly identifiable problem with your album, please contact us and we will review it. Examples include:

Depending on the problem, we will normally fix or replace the affected track or album first, free of charge. If we can't put it right within a reasonable time, or the problem means a repair or replacement wouldn't be fair to you, we will offer a partial or full refund.

Even where a request falls outside the examples above, we review every case individually. If you're unhappy for any reason, please get in touch: we would much rather hear from you and have the chance to make things right.

3. What isn't covered

We are not able to offer refunds for:

If a personalised album has a mispronunciation that came from your own spelling, contact us anyway. We may be able to correct it for a small fee, or free of charge as a goodwill gesture.

4. How to contact us

Email hello@mindsetmantras.store as soon as you notice a problem, and ideally within 30 days of receiving your album. Please include:

  1. your order number and the email address you used to buy;
  2. which album and track(s) are affected; and
  3. a short description of the problem, with the time in the track where you hear it, if relevant.

We aim to reply within 3 working days. You will not be charged anything for us to look into a problem.

5. How refunds are paid

Our payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as our reseller and merchant of record. This means Lemon Squeezy's buyer terms also apply to your purchase, and any refund we agree is paid through Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method. Lemon Squeezy may also review refund requests under its own terms.

Refunds usually appear within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank or card provider.

6. Before contacting your bank

If something has gone wrong, please contact us first. We can usually resolve problems quickly, and disputing a payment with your bank (a "chargeback") can take weeks. Lemon Squeezy's buyer terms also ask customers to contact it before raising a dispute.

7. Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights. In the UK, for example, digital content must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality, and you are entitled to a repair or replacement if it isn't, or in some cases a price reduction. Customers in the European Union, the United States and elsewhere also keep any rights that their local consumer laws give them and that cannot be excluded by agreement.

Bespoke albums and tracks, when available, may have their own terms, which we will explain before you order.
